- Open the "Group" field in the "Data" block.
- Click the "More Groups ..." item.
- Set the "Task" in the "Group:" block.
- Click the "New ..." button.

- In the "Field Name" column, set fieleds: "Company" and "Certificate of Completion".
- Click the "Save" button.
