MS Project Pro has views in which you can analyze the loading of different types of resources. This view is the "Resource graph" view. Let's make some settings before using it.

1. Open the resource graph.
2. Click the "View" item in the top menu.

   • Percent Allocation - resource load percentage for the period.
   • Remaninig Availability - the number of remaining resource availability in hours.
   • Unit Availability - the number of remaining availability of a resource in percent.
   • Work Availability - resource availability in hours.

1. Click the "Resource Graph Format" item in the top menu.
2. Click the "Bar Styles" button.
3. You can show or hide various chart elements in the "Show as:" field.
4. You can set the color element in the "Color:" field.
5. You can set the pattern element in the "Pattern:" field.
6. Show the overallocated resources.
7. Show the allocated resources.
8. Click the "Ok" button.
