6. Add the "Certificate of Completion" column:
   1. Click the "Project" button in the top menu.

   3. Click the "Task" box in the "Field" block.
   4. Select the "Text" type in the "Type:" field.
   5. Rename the empty field by clicking the "Rename ..." button (For example "Certificate of Completion").
   6. Click the "Ok" button.
7. Set the percent of product completed in the "Phisical % Complite" field.
8. Set the actual start date in the "Actual Start" field or update the start date in the "Start" field.
9. Set the actual task duration in the "Actual Duration" field.
10. Set the percent of task complited in the "% Complited" field.
11. If the task has completed enter the number and the date of the certificate of completion in the "Certificate of Completion" field.

1. Open the Gantt chart view.
2. Create groupings by "Company" and "Contract" fields: (Read more "Grouping project data in MS Project Pro")
3. Click "View" the item in the top menu.
4. Open the "Group" field in the "Data" block.
5. Click the "More Groups ..." item.
6. Set the "Task" in the "Group:" block. 
7. Click the "New ..." button.
8. Enter the group name in the "Name:" field. (For example "Company and Certificate")
9. Click the "Show in menu" box.
10. In the "Field Name" column, set fieleds: "Company" and "Certificate of Completion".
11. Click the "Save" button.
12. Select the "Company and Certificate" group.
13. Click the "Apply" button.
