When assigning one resource to several parallel tasks, a resource conflict is possible. If the resource is assigned all its time to each task. We can increase task duration and resolve resource conflict without changing the work. The resource will spend less time per day on each task.

Steps to analyze resource loading by increasing duration in MS Project Pro:

1. Open the Gantt chart view.
2. Select the task with a resource conflict.
3. Click the "Task" item in the top menu.
4. Click the "Details" button in the "Properties" block. 
5. Open the resource usage in the button.

7. Open the time period with a resource conflict.
8. Click the "Resource Usage Formate" item in the top menu.
9. Click boxs: "Work" and "Overallocation".

2. Click the "Sort" button and click the "Sort By ..." item.
