  1. Open the Gantt chart view.
  2. Click the "Resource" item in the top menu.
  3. Click the "Assign Resources" item in block "Assigments".
  4. Open the "Resource list options" block.
  5. Set the "Resources - Material" in the "Filter by:" field.
  6. Select the resource.
  7. Enter units for assigning crew in the 'Units" column.
  8. Click the "Assign" button.
  9. Click the "Close" button.

  1. Open the task usage view.
  2. Add columns: "Cost Rate Table", "Total Cost", "Work", "Baseline Cost", "Variance" and "Resource Names".
  3. You can replace the resource in the "Resource Names" column.
  4. Specify the assign start in the "Start" column.
  5. Specify the assign end in the "Finish" column.
  6. Specify the type of rate in the "Cost Rate Table" column.
