3. Click the "Details" button in the "Properties" block
4. Click teh "Task Form Format" in the top menu.
5. Click the "Work" buttonin the "Details" block.
6. Enter the resources actually work spent  in the "Act. work" column in the "Task details form" window.
7. Click the "Ok" button
