  3. Open the "Group" field in the "Data" block.
  4. Click the "More Groups ..." item.
  5. Click the "Task" box in the "Group:" block. 
  6. Click the "New ..." button.
  7. Enter the group name in the "Name:" field.
  8. Click the "Show in menu" box.
  9. Select the "Responsible" in the "Field Name" column.
  10. Set the "Asending" in the "Order" field.
  11. Click the "Save" button.

Create a filter to highlight outstanding tasks of the current period. Filter tasks that do not have responsible.

  1. Click "View" the item in the top menu.
  2. Open the "Filter" field in the "Data" block.
  3. Click the "More Filters ..." button.
  4. Click the "New ..." button.

  7. Select the "% Complete" in the "Field Name" column.
  8. Set the "does not equal" in the "Test" field.
  9. Set the "100%" in the "Value(s)" field.
  10. Add a new row below.
  11. Set a "And" in the "And/Or" field.

  13. Set the "equal" in the "Test" field.
  14. Set the "Yes" in the "Value(s)" field.
  15. Set a "And" in the "And/Or" field.

  17. Set the "equal" in the "Test" field.
  18. Set the empty in the "Value(s)" field.
  19. Click the "Ok" button.

Steps to add a table to a report on tasks for the responsible in MS Project Pro:

  1. Click the "Report" item in the top menu.
  2. Create the report.
  3. Click the "Report Design" item in the top menu.

  5. Click the "Table Desigen" item in the top menu.
  6. Click the "Table Date" button in the "Show/Hide" group.
  7. Select the "Task" in the "Field List" block.
  8. Click on the required fields in the "Select Field" box. Select fields: "Name", "Critical", "Start", "Finish", "Resource Names" and "Total Slack".
  9. Choose the "Current task" in the "Filter" field.
  10. Choose the "Responsible" in the "Broup by" field.
  11. Set the "All Subtasks" in the "Outline Level" field.
  12. Click the "Show Hierarchy" box.
  13. Set the "Start" in the "Sort by" field.
