You can solve the resource conflict in MS Project Pro by shifting tasks on the timeline. At the same time, it is important to try to minimally increase or not change the critical path of the project. Therefore, we choose tasks with a large value total slack for the shift. First of all, tasks with a large value of the total reserve are shifted.

Steps to setting leveling resources by shifting the start of tasks in MS Project Pro:

1. Open the Gantt chart view.
2. Add columns: "Duration", "Totla Slack", "Start" and "Finish".
3. Select the task with a resource conflict.
4. Determine with which resource a conflict occurred in the task.

6. Click the "Task" item in the top menu.
7. Click the "Details" button in the "Properties" block.
8. Open the resource usage view in the buttom panel.
9. Open the resource usage in the button.

11. Open the time period with a resource conflict.
12. Click the "Resource Usage Formate" item in the top menu.
13. Click boxs: "Work" and "Overallocation".

2. Copy the task end date (the "Finish" column).
3. Find the task with a larger value total slack. (the "Total Slack" column)
4. Paste the copied date to the task start date (the "Start" column).
5. Increase the date by one day. 
6. Repeat this for other tasks with conflicts on this resource.

This tool does not impose restrictions on the start dates of tasks, but also requires caution when rescheduling project.

2. Find tasks with a larger value total slack. (the "Total Slack" column)
3. Increase the leveling delay value (the "Lavaling Delay" column) for these tasks until the resource contention for the first task is resolved.
4. Repeat this for other tasks with conflicts on this resource.
