- Financial Impact of Resource Underutilization: Calculates the direct financial cost incurred by the company due to resource downtime/underutilization for the current and upcoming month.
- Conditional Formatting Thresholds:
- Red: Variances exceeding 20% of baseline duration, budget, or work hours.
- Yellow: Variances between 10% and 20%.
- Green: Variances within normal limits (below 10%).
- Earned Value Management (EVM) Metrics:
