The report uses filters:

  • Projects. The "Projects" filter allows you to select projects for which we plan to analyze stakeholders.
  • Type. The "Type" filter allows you to select stakeholders based on their influence on the project. Four roles are used in the document:

  • The "Position" filter allows you to select stakeholders based on positions in the organization. Four roles are used in the document:
    • "Owner" - the owner of the company,
    • "Director" - the director of the company,
    • "Chief Engineer" - the chief engineer,
    • "Financial Director" - the financial director of the company.

Project office specialists can analyze stakeholders using a matrix. All stakeholders that are in the upper left corner require special attention from the project team. Stakeholders in the lower right corner require minimal attention.
