Step to create a custom column with costs in another currency in MS Project Pro:
- Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
- Click the "Enterprise Custom Fields and Lookup Tables" item in the "Enterprise Data" block.
- Click the "New Field" button.
- Enter the field name in the "Name" field. For example "Cost in Euro".
- Enter the field description in the "Description" field.
- Set the "Task" or "Resource" in the "Entity" field.
- Set the "Number" in the "Type" field.
- Set the formula in the "Enter formula:" field. For example: [Cost]*0.93
- Set the "Use formula" in "Calculation for Summary Rows" block.
- To save click the "Save" button.

Adding a custom column in another currency to the view in MS Project Server
Step to add a custom column with costs in another currency to the view in MS Project Server:
- Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
- Click the "Manage Views" item in the "Look and Feel" block.
- Click the "Tasks Cost" view.
- Select the "Cost in Euro" column and click the "Add >" button.
- Click the "Save" button.

Step to show a custom column with costs in another currency to the view in MS Project Server:
- Click the "Project" in the left menu.
- Select the project and click the project name.
- Click the 'Task" item in the top menu.
- Click the "Edit" button and click the "In Browser" item.
- Click the "Publish" button.
- Reopen the project.
