Getting started with MS Project Server in Office 365

Enter to MS Office 365

Steps to enter to MS Office 365:

1. Open any browser.
2. Enter the "https://www.microsoft365.com/" url.
3. Enter login and password.
4. Click the button with nine point at the top and left.
5. To open MS Project Server select the "Project" item.

Instal MS Project Pro in MS Office 365

Steps to install MS Project Pro:

1. Open Office 365.
2. Click the "Instal apps" button.
3. Click the "Other install options" item.
4. Click the "Apps & drives" item in the left menu.
5. Choose the language in the "Langvage" field.
6. Choose the version of your Windows in the "Version" field.
7. Click the "Install Project" button.

Open the MS Project Server

1. To open MS Project Server click the "Go to Project Server" link.
2. To open a favorite project plan, click on its name in the "Favorites" block.
3. To open a present your project plan click on its name in the "Recent" block.
4. To open a plan that shared for you click on its name in the "Shared with me" block.
5. To open a plan that created you click on its name in the "Created by me" block.
6. To set a plan as a favorite click the star near the project name.
7. You can send a project link to your coworker, clikc the button with three points and select "Copy Project Link" item.
8. You can create a project in MS Project for the Web or a RoadMap, click the "New project" button.
9. You can change the project server url.
   1. Click the "Settings" button.
   2. Click the "My PWA site" item.
   3. Enter project server url.
   4. To save click the "Change site" button.
10. You can set your notifications:
    1. Click the "Settings" button.
    2. Click the "Notifications" item.
    3. Select the notification boxs.
    4. To save click the "Save" button.
