Setting the default assignment owner for a resource in MS Project Server

Steps to set the default assignment owner for a resource in MS Project Server:

1. Open MS Project Server.
2. Click the "Resources" item in the left menu.
3. Click the "RESURCES" item in the top menu.
4. Select the resource, click the box near the resource name.
5. Click the "Edit" button in the "Resources" block.
6. Click the "Browse ..." button in the "Default Assignment Owner:" field,
7. Click the user name in the "Pick Resource" window. You can find the first three characters of the username by clicking the "Search" button.
8. Click the "OK" button in the "Pick Resource" window.
9. To save click the "Save" button.
