Planning capacity resources in MS Project Server

Steps to plan capacity resources in MS Project Server:
- Open MS Project Server.
- Click the "Resources" item in left menu.
- Select resources. You can select a lot of resources.
- Click the "RESOURCES" item in the top menu.
- Click the "Capacity Planning" item in the "Navigate" block.
- Select a view in the "View" block.
- Resource Utillization - show the work of the resources group by period. You can select the resource.
- Resource Utillization by Project - show the work of the resources group by period. You can select the project.
- Remaining Availability - show the remaining availability of the resources group by period. You can select the resource.
- Work by Resource - show the work of the resources by period. You can select the resource.
- Select the work unit in the "Work Unit" field in the "Filter" block.
- Select the timescale in the "Timescale:" field in the "Filter" bock.
- If you want to show proposed resources click the "Include proposed bookings" box.
- Set the period in the "Date Range" block.
- Click the "Set Date Range" button in the "Date Range" block.
- Enter the start date in the "From" field.
- Enter the finish date in the "To" field.
- Click the "Ok" button.
- To export data to Excel click the "Export to Excel" button in the "Share" block.
