Steps to set up showing enterprise resource assignments in Gantt Chart view in MS Project Server:

1. Open MS Project Server.
2. Click the "Resources" item in left menu.
3. Select resources.
4. Click the "RESOURCES" item in the top menu.
5. Click the "Resource Assignments" item in the "Navigate" block.
6. Click the "Gantt Chart" button.
7. To change zoom Gantt chart click the "Zoom In" button or the "Zoom Out" button.
8. To show the task bar, select the task and click the "Scroll to Task" button in the "Zoom" block.
9. To change the level click the "Outline" button in the "Data" block.
10. To change the data select the view in the "View" field.
11. To set up the filter in the "Filter:" field.
12. To set up the group in the "Group:" field.
13. To show summary tasks click the "Summary Tasks" box.
14. To show the time with date click the "Time and Date" box.
15. To export date to Excel click the "Export to Excel" button.
16. To print date click the "Print" button.
17. To return click the "Resource Assignments" button in the "Navigate" block.

1. Open MS Project Server.
