Build team from enterprise  in MS Project Pro

Steps to build team from enterprise resources  in MS Project Pro:

1. Open MS Project Pro
2. Open the project plan.
3. Click the "Rresource" item in the top menu.
4. Click the "Build Team from Enterprise" item.
5. To add new resource:
   1. Choose the enterprise resource in the left block.
   2. Click the "Add >" button.
6. To remove the enterprise resource from project plan:
   1. Select the local resource in the right block.
   2. Click the "< Remove" button.
7. To replace the local resource:
   1. Choose the enterprise resource in the left block.
   2. Select the local resource in the right block.
   3. Click the "Replace >" button.
8. To match resources:
   1. Choose the local resource in the right block.
   2. Click the "< Match" button.
9. To show details resource:
   1. Choose the resource in the right block or the left block.
   2. Click the "Details" button.
10. To show graphs resource:
    1. Choose the resource in the right block or the left block.
    2. Click the "Graphs" button.
11. You can group enterprise resources, select the group in the "Group by:" field.
12. You can filter enterprise resources, select the filter in the "Existing filters:" field.
13. You can create the filter in the "Custemize filters (optional)" block:
    1. Select the name field in the "Field Name" column.
    2. Set the condition for selecting field values in the "Test" field.
    3. Set value to compare with field values in the "Value(s)" field. You can set a different field name for comparison.
    4. Set a logical relationship between filter rows in the "And/Or" field.
    5. To save click the "Save Filter ..." button.
14. You can set up the filter:
    1. Set up the period, enter the start date in the "From" filed and the finish date in the "To" field. 
    2. If you want filter the resource with availability time enter the hours in the "Show resources with availability of or more than:" field.
    3. If you want to show resources with the proposed bookings, click the "Include proposed bookings" box.
    4. Clic the "Apply" button.
15. To save click the "Ok" button.
