Steps to add the enterprise lookup table to assigning responsible persons in MS Project Server:

1. Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
2. Click the "Enterprise Custom Fields and Lookup Tables" item in the "Enterprise Data" block.
3. To create the lookup table, click the "New Lookup Table" button.
4. Enter the "Responsibles" in the "Name" field.
5. Select the "Text" in the "Type" field.
6. Add vlues to the lookup table:
   • Enter the table values in the "Value" column.
   • If you want, you can add the description in the "Description" column.
7. To save click the "Save" button.

1. Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
2. Click the "Enterprise Custom Fields and Lookup Tables" item in the "Enterprise Data" block.
3. To create the lookup table, click the "New Feild" button.
4. Enter the "Responsible" in the "Name" field. The name must to be unic. 
5. Select the "Task" in the "Entity" field.
6. Select the "Text" in the "Type" field. 
7. Select the "Lookup Table" in the "Custom Attributes" block.
8. Select the lookup table name ("Responsibles").
9. If you want to use a default value:
   • Click the "Choose a value to use as a default when adding new items" box.
   • Select the default value.
10. To save click the "Save" button.

1. Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
2. Click the "Manage Views" item in the "Look and Feel" block.
3. Click the "Tasks Schedule" view.
4. Add the responsible field in the "Fields" block.
5. To save click the "Save" button.
