Bulk editing enterprise resources in MS Project Server

Steps to select enterprise resources in MS Project Server:

  1. Click the "Resources" item in the left menu.
  2. Click the boxs near the resource name.
  3. Click the "RESOURCES" item in the top menu.
  4. Click the "Bulk Edit" button in the "Resources" block.

Steps to bulk editing enterprise resources in MS Project Server:

  1. If you want to change same field click the box near the field.
  2. Select the username that will be the timesheet manager for the allocated resources in the "Timesheet Manager::" field. Click the "Browse..." button.
  3. Select the username that will be the default assignment owner for the allocated resources in the "Default Assignment Owner::" field. Click the "Browse..." button. The assignment owner can enter the fact that the task is completed for resources.
  4. If you want the project manager to approve all project assignments, select the "Resource requires approval for all project assignments" check box.
  5. Select the RBS to all resources in the "RBS:" field. 
  6. Select the team to all resources in the "Team Name:" field. 
  7. Select the cost type to all resources in the "Cost Type:" field. 
  8. Select the owner department name to all resources in the "Resource Departments:" field. 
  9. Click the "Save" button.
