Setting Gantt chart formats in MS Project Server

You can customize or create a gantt chart format. You have to change bars styles and cheek it in the right part.

Steps to set up Gantt chart formats in MS Project Server:

1. Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
2. Click the "Gantt Chart Formats" link in the "Look and Feel" block.
3. Select a gantt chart format in the "Gantt Charts" field.
4. You can rename the gantt chart format, clikc the "Rename" button
5. Select tasks click boxes in the "Display" column near the tasks.
6. Select the middle bar style in the "Middle bar shape" column.
7. Select the bar color in the "Bar color" column.
8. Select the bar pattern style in the "Bar Pattern" column.
9. Select the start shape style in the "Start share" column.
10. Select the start shape color in the "Start color" column.
11. Select the end shape style in the "End share" column.
12. Select the end shape color in the "End color" column.

Setting grouping formats in MS Project Server

Steps to set up grouping formats in MS Project Server:

1. Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
2. Click the "Grouping Formats" link in the "Look and Feel" block.
3. Select a grouping format in the "Grouping format" field.
4. You can rename the grouping format, clikc the "Rename" button
5. You can set the cell color for each level in the "Cell Color" column.
6. You can set the cell font for each level in the "Font Color" column.
7. You can set the cell font style for each level in the "Font Style" column.
