  1. Click the "Server Settings" item in the left menu.
  2. Click the "Manage Views" item in the "Look and Feel" block.
  3. To create the custom view, click the "New View" button.
  4. Or you can to copy exist view. Select the view and click the "Copy View" button.
  5. To edit a view, click the view name in the "Name" column.
  6. To delete a view, select the view and click the "Delete View" button.

  1. Select a view type in the "View Type:" field.
  2. Enter the view name in the "Name" field.
  3. Enter the view description in the "Description" field.
  4. Selcet the table type in the "Table" block.
  5. Add fields in the "Fields" block:
    1. To add fields, select a field in the left list and click the "Add >" button.
    2. To remove fields, select a field in the right list and click the "Remove >" button.
    3. To set the field width, enter it in the "Field width" field.
    4. To set the field lable, enter it in the "Custom Label:" field.
  6. Select a grant chart in the "Gantt Chart format" field.
  7. Set the  left offset in the "Left offset for the splitter bar:" field.
  8. Set the outline level in the "Show" field.

  1. Set the grouping format in the "Grouping" block.
    1. Set the grouping format in the "Grouping format:" field.
    2. Select a field name to group in the "Group By First" field.
  2. Select a field name to sort in the "Sort by" field and set the order in the "Order" field.
  3. If you want to set a filter click the "Filter ..." button.
  4. Select the categories for which this view is allowed in the "Security Categories" block.
    1. To add a category, select a category in the left list and click the "Add >" button.
    2. To remove a category, select a category in the right list and click the "Remove >" button.
  5. To save click the "Save" button.
